          the prices on ticketclub are so much less than elsewhere

        • ordered 2 Cavs tickets on Nov 3rd for a game on Nov 13th for $88. They said I would get the tickets by the 6th. I called every day to find out where they were and on person told me to just keep calling back. Another guy told me they sent them. And one person told me I don’t know how to check my email (I work for best buy) so today (November 10th) I call for my money back. They then tell me that flash seats hasn’t transferred them into my account. So I call flash seats and they said they (ticket club) sent them to the wrong email. So I got them, and I have 4 tickets, not 2. So I looked on the Cavs actual website. My section is $20 a ticket. THEY RIPPED ME OFF! Do not use this website!!!!

        • 3 hours prior to a game I buy tickets listed as instant download. I wait 30 minutes, still no tickets. I log into my account and it says: “Order Status: Processed
          Your ticket seller has confirmed they have the tickets matching your request. You will receive an email when your tickets are ready to be delivered in the manner you selected.”

          I call the customer service number and send an e-mail. I wait on hold 10 minutes before someone finally answers and tells me the tickets aren’t available and I should get an e-mail “soon” telling me that.

          I ask why it says in my account they are available and he doesn’t know. Says he can’t do anything except charge me $40 more for worse seats.

          I’m still waiting for an email and a refund.
